Extended Return Eligibility
We provide a long-term 60-day return protection service for all eligible products in the store, far exceeding the ordinary industry return cycle. Within the valid return period, customers can independently initiate return applications for multiple reasons including unsatisfactory taste, product experience problems, personal preference differences and non-human-induced product quality problems, to fully protect customers’ shopping rights and experience.
Return Requirements & Restrictions
To ensure the standardization and rationality of return processing, returned products need to keep intact outer packaging, unopened or unused resalable state unless there are confirmed product quality defects, damage or taste deterioration problems. We will conduct comprehensive inspection and verification of all returned items after receiving the goods. We reserve the right to reject invalid return applications such as man-made damage, excessive use and non-compliant return goods, so as to maintain fair service rules for all customers.
Refund Processing Timeline
After we successfully receive the returned package and complete item inspection and return approval, the official refund process will be launched immediately. All qualified refunds will be completed within 5 to 10 business days. The refund funds will be automatically returned to the customer’s original payment account and payment channel. The specific arrival time of individual funds is slightly affected by the processing rules of the customer’s payment platform, and we will track the refund progress throughout the whole process.
Special Provisions & Cost Explanation
All orders enjoy free shipping and full tariff coverage services. For all valid and compliant return applications, we will not deduct any shipping fees, customs fees, handling fees and other hidden charges from the refund amount. All logistics and tariff costs generated by returns will be borne by our store. Customers do not need to bear any extra economic losses due to legitimate return behaviors.
Partial Refund & Order Cancellation Rules
For unshipped orders, customers can apply for full order cancellation at any time, and we will process the refund in accordance with the standard refund cycle. For shipped orders and partial product return applications, we will conduct separate evaluation and processing according to the actual order situation, ensuring that all processing results comply with official policy standards and maintain the fairness of customer rights and interests.
